2021 Jump Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

99% estate-grown Cabernet sauvignon blended with a spash of Tannat, aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.  Fruit forward with good tannins, the new vintage captures the signature JMV cabernet flavor profile.  Pairs well with red meat dishes. Shenandoah Cup 2023 Silver medal winner (vintage 2019)
